SOAR is a wonderful program that has helped many people get beyond their fear of flying. It combines books, online chat sessions, teleconferences, and videos to help people get relief from their fears. For most, working individually is all that is needed. For others, working as a group may help motivation and commitment to use the techniques.

The sport of hot air ballooning is one of the most beautiful, exciting, and challenging endeavors I know.  Every flight is a different experience. Ballooning is "weather dependent" and the flying season runs from spring into the fall.  Balloons fly soon after sunrise so it's an early sport (come watch the sunrise).
